Treegens Earth · version 27 August 2026
The only paid offer permitted by this release is sponsorship of one already verified planting record shown with a server-set USD price. The expected result is an email receipt containing the record's available evidence link and the settlement status or reference. The card payment is processed by Stripe.
Pooled funding, monthly funding, carbon-offset subscriptions, MGRO retirement and direct TGN payment are not open in this release. A visible planting, token, contract address or market route does not activate those offers.
A sponsorship is not ownership of the tree or land, a carbon credit, an offset certificate, an NFT, a security, a token, an investment or a promise of financial return. Historic or estimated tree and carbon figures are context, not a regulated environmental unit or guarantee of a particular atmospheric outcome.
The checkout service re-reads the authoritative planting record and computes the price on the server. Client-supplied prices are ignored. After a successful card payment, net proceeds are intended to settle on Base to the recorded planter and, where eligible verifier wallets exist, those verifier wallets. The receipt must not report completion until the stored settlement record says it completed.
If the exact record is no longer available, a duplicate buyer wins a race, or fulfilment fails before any irreversible on-chain spend, the service is designed to issue a full refund. After an on-chain transaction may have been broadcast, the service must pause for reconciliation rather than create a duplicate payout or automatic double refund.
For a duplicate charge, wrong amount, unavailable record, missing result or incorrect settlement, email the exact support address shown in the approved checkout and receipt with the Stripe receipt or checkout-session reference. The operator must review the case within the remedy window configured for the approved release and provide the required refund, re-performance or other mandatory consumer remedy. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Settlement may use Base and TGN behind the scenes. Network congestion, contract defects, liquidity limits, wallet errors and irreversible transactions can delay or prevent settlement. Buyers do not need to connect a wallet for the current card offer and should never send a seed phrase or private key to Treegens support.
The exact operator identity, support address, governing law and refund-review window must be configured and approved before checkout can open. Those details must also appear on the reviewed checkout or receipt. If that commercial schedule is absent, the server refuses to create a payment.
